The Mathematics
Cₐ(t) = Σ wᵢ · xᵢ(t)
Composite planetary coherence: φ-weighted mean over the
independent active channels. Weights are φ-graded by
VTC tier — Tier 0 carries w = φ⁰ / Z,
Tier 1 carries w = φ⁻¹ / Z, etc.,
normalised so Σw = 1. Channels running as a derived proxy
of another active channel (e.g. Schumann & Cosmic Rays when both
are derived from Kp) are shown but excluded from the sum, so no single
driver is counted twice.
xᵢ ∈ [0, 1] · per-channel coherence map Each channel's raw value normalised against its own coherence map (spec §3 Table 2): low Schumann amplitude = coherent; low Kp = coherent; near-baseline cosmic ray rate = coherent; new moon = coherent; near-zero GCP Z-score = coherent.
Cₐ_scaled = Cₐ × φ · threshold at 1.000
Display scale: composite multiplied by φ ≈ 1.618 so the φ⁻¹ raw
threshold (0.618) lands at exactly 1.000 on the dial.
Above 1.000 = coherent. Below = sub-coherent. The deep-coherent band starts at
√φ ≈ 1.272, the geometric mean between
threshold (1.000) and ceiling (φ).
Honest Disclaimer
This is an instrument, not a prophecy. The composite score reflects a specific framework (VTC) applied to specific public data. Anyone is free to disagree with the framework; the framework's response is to point at its May 2027 Gulf-coast falsification test (see Calc 02 §4). When that test resolves, the framework will either gain credibility or require revision. The Watchtower's job is to render the data honestly during the window.
Source-level precision rule. Every number on this page is traceable to either (a) a public data source URL, (b) a published VTC equation, or (c) a clearly labelled interpretive or estimated tag. Nothing without provenance. The Python reference engine and parity test are in the public repo.
