24-hour cold ferment, organic flour from Carolina Ground, sea salt, water. That’s it. No yeast, no dough conditioners, no shortcuts.

Each loaf is hand-shaped and baked in a deck oven. Thick crust, open crumb, mild tang. Keeps well for 3-4 days on the counter, freezes perfectly.
