Free-range hens on rotating pasture. Deep orange yolks, firm whites. Our flock of 200 layers moves to fresh grass every three days behind the cattle. No soy, no artificial lighting to force production — the birds lay on their own schedule.
Available year-round, though production slows in December and January. Limit 6 dozen per order during low-production months.
